Biography

Head of content strategy at the Digital Transformation Team, Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, lead by Commissioner Diego Piacentini.

In 2001 he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Cultural and Media Studies under Professor Umberto Eco from University of Bologna. In 2006, at the age of 29, he was hired as a Contract Professor of the Information Theory and Technology Course at Sapienza University of Rome. In 2008 he founded ilmiolibro, a digital start-up within Gruppo Editoriale l’Espresso that has successfully challenged the prevailing thoughts and clichés regarding the traditional book industry. Since 2012 he has been on the directive committee of Gruppo l’Espresso Digital Division, reporting to managing director/ I directed dozens of strategic digital transformation projects involving la Repubblica, Deejay and other brands, with a strong focus on service design, user experience and innovation.
