Emiliano Valenti, chef with about 20 years of experience, at the school of great masters including Igles Corelli, Bruno Barbieri, Luigi Nastri, Angelo Troiani, Cristina Bowerman. After the lockdown he began this new experience at Schietto, an osteria where chef Valenti brings Roman tradition, in the great classics (carbonara, amatriciana, tripe alla romana) and more innovative proposals, whose flavors, however, always have Rome at their heart.
